NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS BOURBON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 350 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER SOUTHERN BOURBON AND NORTHERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES SINCE 3 PM. * THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE WARNED AREA.
