THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BLACKSBURG HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT.

ANOTHER AREA OF RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THE COUNTY BETWEEN 7:00 AND 7:30 
PM.  EARLIER PRECIPITATION HAS SATURATED SOILS... SO RUNOFF WILL BE 
RAPIDLY ENTERING STREAMS AND CREEKS.  RAINFALL RATES OF 0.5 TO 0.8 
INCHES PER HOUR ARE LIKELY WITH THIS SECOND AREA OF RAIN THROUGH 
9:00 PM EDT.
