* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 930 PM EDT...

* AT 753 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER EASTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY...OR ABOUT 16 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF ELKINS.

* ALL PEOPLE IN THE LAUREL FORK RECREATION AREA AND THE
  LAUREL FORK WILDERNESS AREA SHOULD MOVE AWAY FROM STREAMS
  AND TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

  THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS OCCURRED OVER THE SOUTHERN LAUREL FORK
  WILDERNESS AREA...AND OVER THE EAST FORK. RADAR ESTIMATES 3 TO 4
  INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR AND A HALF.
