EASTERN WEBSTER COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... * UNTIL 815 PM EDT... * AT 551 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SOUTH CENTRAL RANDOLPH COUNTY...OR ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTH OF ELKINS. RADAR INDICATES THAT OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN JUST OVER AN HOUR. * THIS INCLUDES THE AREAS AROUND SAMP AND WHITAKER FALLS...AND THE AREA SURROUNDING BARTON KNOB.
