BOONE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA... * UNTIL 245 PM EDT... * AT 114 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER PARTS OF SOUTHERN BOONE COUNTY...WITH RADAR ESTIMATING UP TO AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY.
