THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOONE COUNTY IN WEST VIRGINIA...

* UNTIL 1115 AM EDT...

* AT 911 AM EDT... BOONE COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES 
REPORTED FLOODING OCCURRING AROUND THE MADISON AND LOW GAP AREA. 
RADAR INDICATED THE VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DROPPED BETWEEN 2 
AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN THIS SMALL AREA OVER THE PAST 3 HOURS.  
RAINS WILL BE ON THE DECREASE AS THE THUNDERSTORMS WEAKEN SO THAT 
SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS WILL LESSEN OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF 
HOURS.

FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY
AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND.
