  HEAVY RAIN AROUND AND WEST OF ELKINS.

* SOME AREAS EFFECTED INCLUDE PORTIONS OF THE ELKINS AREA...WESTWARD 
  TO THE UPSHUR COUNTY LINE INCLUDING NORTON.
