* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  VINTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OHIO...

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT...

* AT 218 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ALONG THE MIDDLE FORK NEAR ALLENSVILLE.  TWO TO THREE INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA DURING THE PAST HOUR.  ANOTHER
  INCH OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 330 PM.

--CALL TO ACTION-- A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS
IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER
