THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RIVERTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH JOHNSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL WYOMING

* UNTIL 400 AM MDT

* AT 100 AM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
VERY HEAVY RAIN 12 MILES SOUTH OF KAYCEE. THE ASSOCIATED STORM WAS 
MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 
MIDNIGHT AND 100 AM ALONG THE NATRONA JOHNSON COUNTY LINE SOUTH OF 
KAYCEE. THIS STORM HAS BEEN CENTERED NEAR LONE BEAR ROAD. 
SURROUNDING CREEKS SUCH BUFFALO...MURPHY AND WILLOW CREEK ARE LIKELY 
EXPERIENCING FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE AT NIGHT TO TELL THE
DEPTH OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. NEVER DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN
DEPTH.
