  SOUTHEASTERN WASHOE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEVADA

* UNTIL 330 PM PDT

* AT 257 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NIXON...OR ABOUT 21 MILES
  NORTHEAST OF RENO...MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  NIXON AT 315 PM PDT AND WILL CROSS THE FAR SOUTHERN TIP OF 
  PYRAMID LAKE.

HAIL...INTENSE RAIN AND STRONG DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS
STORM. TAKE COVER IN A SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER UNTIL THE STORM PASSES.
