* UNTIL 1130 AM EST

* AT 1115 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  TORNADO JUST SOUTHEAST GOLDSBORO...MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THE STORMS
  PRODUCING THE DAMAGE WILL REACH SEVEN SPRINGS BETWEEN 1120 AND 1130 AM.

THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF THE
BUILDING IN AN INTERIOR HALLWAY OR ROOM SUCH AS A CLOSET. USE
