THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SCOTLAND COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA
  HOKE COUNTY IN CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 1000 AM EST

* AT 823 AM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. CLOSE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
FALLEN SINCE 6 AM OVER THE WARNED AREA. ANOTHER ONE TO TWO INCHES OF 
RAIN MAY FALL THROUGH 930 AM.  SCOTLAND COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORT THAT 
ONE ROAD NEAR WAGRAM IS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.
