* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 546 PM EDT THE PUBLIC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL 
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER ANSON COUNTY.

* THESE SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
  RADAR ESTIMATES OF UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE
  5 PM NEAR WADESBORO AND POLKTON.  HIGHWAY 74 IN WADESBORO BY THE
  HIGH SCHOOL IS FLOODING QUICKLY ACCORDING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.
