* AT 239 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER EAST CENTRAL PUEBLO COUNTY...OR ABOUT
  26 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PUEBLO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE OPEN COUNTRY OF...
  EASTERN AND NORTHEASTERN PUEBLO COUNTY
  HIGHWAY 50 BETWEEN BOONE AND FOWLER AROUND 245 PM MDT
