* AT 707 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THE
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PONCHA PASS...OR ABOUT
  10 MILES SOUTH OF SALIDA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE OPEN COUNTRY OF...
  NORTHERN SAGUACHE COUNTY INCLUDING HIGHWAY 285
