THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PUEBLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HUERFANO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO

* UNTIL 830 PM MDT

* DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN
  THE WALSENBURG AREA SINCE 530 PM. A STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM WAS 
  RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HEAVY RAINFALL.

* THE THUNDERSTORM IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY DISSIPATE THROUGH 730 
  PM...BUT RUNOFF FROM RAINFALL WILL CAUSE DEEP PONDING OF WATER ON 
  ROADWAYS AND FAST FLOWING WATER ACROSS SOME ROADWAYS.  ABOVE
  BANKFULL WATER WILL BE SEEN IN DRAINAGE AREAS AS WELL.

IF YOU ARE IN OR CLOSE TO THE WARNED AREA GO TO HIGHER GROUND 
IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK THROUGH WATER. YOU NEVER KNOW HOW 
DEEP THE WATER REALLY IS. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM DRAINAGE DITCHES 
AND SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER.
