BUCKS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA. * UNTIL 800 PM EDT. * AT 713 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM... 11 MILES WEST OF QUAKERTOWN...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH. * THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
