SOUTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND. NORTHEASTERN KENT COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND. * UNTIL 430 PM EDT. * AT 350 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...5 MILES EAST OF CECILTON.
