* AT 618 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINS IN 
NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY. THE CHRISTINA RIVER WAS ALSO JUST BELOW 
FLOOD STAGE AND WAS RISING RAPIDLY. MINOR FLOODING IS EXPECTED ALONG 
THE CHRISTINA RIVER BEFORE SUBSIDING RAPIDLY THIS EVENING.
