THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN NEW CASTLE COUNTY IN NORTHERN DELAWARE

* UNTIL 645 AM EST.

* AT 1237 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINS WHICH 
ARE FALLING AT THE RATE OF AN INCH AN HOUR.

THE CHRISTINA RIVER WILL EXCEED THE FLOOD STAGE OF 9 FEET AND WAS 
ALREADY REPORTING A STAGE OF 8.6 FEET AT 1235 AM.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
