* UNTIL 345 PM EDT.

* AT 951 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED OVER 2 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY DELAWARE. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
