* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KENT COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND
  CENTRAL QUEEN ANNES COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MARYLAND

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT.

* AT 437 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A NEARLY 
  STATIONARY AREA OF RAIN THAT WAS PRODUCING RAINFALL OF 
  AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR AND HAS SHOWN SIGNS OF INTENSIFICATION.
  EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED BETWEEN 2.4 AND 4.8 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER BOTH COUNTIES SO FAR TODAY.
  WITH THE BAND SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT AND RAINFALL RATES 
  INCREASING...THE LIKELIHOOD OF STREAM FLOODING IS INCREASING.
