THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OCEAN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT.

* AT 443 PM EDT...TWO FEET OF WATER WAS REPORTED IN THE OCEAN 
  ACRES AREA OF MANAHAWKIN AND HAS FLOODED SOME HOMES. 
  THUNDERSTORMS HAVE SHOWN LITTLE MOVEMENT AND STORM TOTAL 
  ESTIMATES HAVE REACHED BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHE SIN THE AREA.
 
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
