THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CAMDEN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 715 PM EDT.

* AT 609 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
EXTREMELY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHERN CAMDEN COUNTY. RADAR BASED 
RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED THAT UP TO 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE 
ALREADY FALLEN. ADDITIONALLY...RAINFALL OF OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR 
CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN URBAN 
AREAS...ACROSS HIGHWAYS AND STREETS...AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS 
POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES
CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND.
