ALLEGHENY COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 745 PM EDT * AT 657 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO OVER TURTLE CREEK...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE...BRADDOCK HILLS...
