JEFFERSON COUNTY IN OHIO * UNTIL 945 PM EDT * AT 647 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATES BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHERN JEFFERSON COUNTY. MORE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO JEFFERSON COUNTY FROM THE NORTHWEST OVER THE NEXT HOUR...AND THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL COULD FORCE STREAMS OUT OF THEIR BANKS. <<CALL TO ACTION>>DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
