THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PITTSBURGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA

* UNTIL 1115 PM EDT

* AT 814 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY      
  HEAVY RAINS HAVE FALLEN OVER THE PAST HOUR IN JEFFERSON COUNTY.    
  THE NORTH FORK CREEK IN BROOKVILLE IS OUT OF ITS BANKS AND IS      
  FLOODING EAST MAIN STREET AND RICHARD STREET. A TRIBUTARY OF FIVE  
  MILE RUN CREEK HAS WASHED OUT FIVE MILE RUN ROAD NEAR BROOKVILLE.
