  RAIN CONTINUING OVER GREENE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA INTO LATE 
  AFTERNOON. LOCATIONS GETTING OVER ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN 
  CAN DEVELOP FLOODING IN AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE...AND ALONG SMALL
  STREAMS.
