* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 636 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN 
OF TWO AND ONE HALF TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN SINCE 430 
PM. AT 630 PM...A SPOTTER REPORTED THAT DITCHES WERE BANKFULL NEAR 
WALTONVILLE IN SOUTHERN JEFFERSON COUNTY. HEAVY RAIN...UP TO THREE 
INCHES WAS ALSO INDICATED BY RADAR JUST SOUTH OF WEST CITY...ALONG 
INTERSTATE 57. PERSONS LIVING FROM WALTONVILLE AND BONNIE...SOUTH TO 
ZEIGLER AND THOMPSONVILLE...SHOULD EXPECT ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF 
RAIN THROUGH 730 PM. TRAVELERS ON INTERSTATE 57...AS WELL AS 
SECONDARY ROADS IN SOUTHERN JEFFERSON AND ALL OF FRANKLIN COUNTY 
SHOULD WATCH FOR FLOODING OF ROADS.
