THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARLISLE COUNTY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1030 PM CST

* AT 811 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE LIGHT TO       
  MODERATE RAINFALL ACROSS CARLISLE COUNTY.  RADAR ESTIMATES OF      
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES HAVE FALLEN ACROSS  
  THE AREA SINCE LATE THIS AFTERNOON...CAUSING CLOSURES ALONG COUNTY 
  ROAD 1031 NEAR CUNNINGHAM...AND ALSO ALONG COUNTY ROAD 1127        
  NEAR MILBURN. 

* ALTHOUGH RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO TAPER OFF...ADDITIONAL RAINFALL 
  AMOUNTS OF UP TO HALF AN INCH ARE STILL POSSIBLE BEFORE ENDING     
  LATE THIS EVENING.  THIS MAY FURTHER AGGRAVATE FLOODING CONDITIONS 
  ACROSS CARLISLE COUNTY.

  CARLISLE COUNTY IN WESTERN KENTUCKY

UNTIL 1030 PM CST

AT 927 PM...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED SCATTERED SHOWERS MOVING 
NORTHEAST ACROSS CARLISLE COUNTY.  AN ADDITIONAL TENTH OF AN INCH OF 
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED BEFORE THESE SHOWERS MOVE OUT OF THE AREA BY 
1030 PM.  

IN ADDITION TO ROAD CLOSURES ALONG COUNTY ROADS 1031 NEAR CUNNINGHAM 
AND 1127 NEAR MILBURN...HIGHWAY 80 NEAR THE CARLISLE/HICKMAN COUNTY 
LINE IS ALSO CLOSED.  WITH ONLY MINOR ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS 
EXPECTED...FLOODING SHOULD BEGIN TO SLOWLY SUBSIDE.
