TORNADOES WAS LOCATED 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANCHESTER...MOVING   
NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.  THIS STORM PRODUCED A TORNADO 3 MILES SOUTH OF 
CHEROKEE.  PERSONS FROM NORTH SIDES OF THE GREAT SALT PLAINS PARK
