THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN LOGAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1123 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED THAT VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS  
  FALLING FROM NEAR CRESCENT TO NEAR MULHALL.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT
  OVER 4 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE AREA BETWEEN CRESCENT...LOVELL AND
  MULHALL. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE CRESCENT...LOVELL AND MULHALL

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLES INTO
AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
