* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ATOKA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
  BRYAN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 415 AM CDT

* AT 115 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED THAT VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS   
FALLING OVER MUCH OF SOUTHERN ATOKA AND NORTHERN BRYAN COUNTIES. 
RADAR ESTIMATES AND MESONET REPORTS INDICATE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES 
OF 2 TO 3 INCHES...WITH STORM TOTALS OF 4 TO 6 INCHES IN MANY AREAS. 
ADDITIONAL HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS IN SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA MAY MOVE 
INTO THESE AREAS LATER TONIGHT.
