* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...ORANGE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEW YORK
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...WEST POINT...WALDEN...MIDDLETOWN...
  GOSHEN

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT

* AT 430 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER ORANGE COUNTY.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER 
  THE COUNTY FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
