  EASTERN WAYNE COUNTY IN TENNESSEE

* AT 214 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN NEAR COLLINWOOD...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTH OF             
  WAYNESBORO.  THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR
  INDICATES MORE THAN 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST HALF HOUR.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL BE NEAR...
  COLLINWOOD THROUGH 400 PM CDT
