  FLOODING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL RAINFALL HAS A CHANCE TO DRAIN OFF.

FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES,
