* AT 718 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO
  12 MILES SOUTH OF SANTEE...OR ABOUT 31 MILES SOUTHWEST OF          
  YANKTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25   MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  SANTEE AROUND 735 PM CDT
