THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CASS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1134 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA 
  OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS CASS COUNTY.  THESE
  STORMS ARE PRODUCING FROM ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR.
  SOME STREET FLOODING WAS ALREADY REPORTED IN PLATTSMOUTH.  AN
  ADDITIONAL ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN MAY OCCUR THROUGH 200 AM
  CDT...BUT RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE UNTIL AT LEAST 330 AM.  THIS IS
  A SERIOUS SITUATION.  

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED...
  PLATTSMOUTH
  WEEPING WATER
  SOUTH BEND
  LOUISVILLE  

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. IN ADDITION...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER 
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.  DO NOT DRIVE INTO
FLOODED AREAS.
