* AT 913 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED TWO SEVERE STORMS WITH LARGE
  HAIL. ONE WAS NEAR ANOKA...AND THE OTHER WAS NEAR RAMSEY.
  BOTH STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
