* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ISANTI COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  CHISAGO COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 521 PM CDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED 1.7 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE TOWN 
  OF ISANTI IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. 

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
