THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE TWIN CITIES HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RUSK COUNTY IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN
  NORTHERN CHIPPEWA COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT

* AT 255 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUOUSLY REDEVELOPING OVER THE WARNED AREA...
  RESULTING IN EXCESSIVE RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY OVER AREAS NORTH OF   
  BLOOMER AND CORNELL.

* RADAR ESTIMATES THAT NEAR 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS OCCURRED SINCE 2     
  PM..IN ADDITION TO RAIN EARLIER IN THE DAY.  

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
