* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BARRON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 812 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA...AND ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RUNOFF AND CAUSE FLOODING.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
