* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SIBLEY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1045 PM CDT

* AT 748 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 
  SIBLEY COUNTY WITH MORE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS FARTHER WEST AROUND   
  REDWOOD FALLS.  

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
