* AT 1048 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED FLASH FLOODING IN THE WARNED AREA.
RAINFALL ESTIMATES RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES OVER PEPIN AND WESTERN
EAU CLAIRE COUNTY.
* THE GROUND HAS ALREADY BEEN SATURATED BY RECENT RAINFALL IN THE
