  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN SEMINOLE COUNTY FROM GOLDENROD TO
  OVIEDO AND ACROSS NORTHERN ORANGE COUNTY FROM UNION PARK TO BITHLO
  FROM TROPICAL STORM EDOUARD.
