* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BREVARD COUNTY
  IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA

* UNTIL 630 PM EDT

* AT 427 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN 
BANDS FROM TROPICAL STORM EDOUARD MOVING ACROSS BREVARD COUNTY FROM 
TITUSVILLE TO MELBOURNE. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE SOUTH AT 10 
MPH AND CONTINUE TO PRODUCE RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 3 INCHES IN AN 
HOUR THROUGH 630 PM.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE INDIAN HARBOUR BEACH...COCOA...  
KENNEDY SPACE CENTER...MELBOURNE AND SATELLITE BEACH.
