* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
  IN EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA

* UNTIL 130 PM EDT

* AT 1210 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN WITH SHOWERS MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH ACROSS WESTERN AND        
  CENTRAL INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.

  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS 1 TO 2 INCHES ACROSS AREAS THAT HAVE
  ALREADY RECEIVED 1 TO 3 INCHES THIS MORNING WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL
  FLOODING ACROSS CENTRAL AND WESTERN SECTIONS OF INDIAN RIVER       
  COUNTY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS 
AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS 
AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW 
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST
FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...
DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. NEVER TRY TO
CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT. TO ESCAPE RISING
