THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SULLIVAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN GREEN LAKE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BERLIN
  NORTHERN MARQUETTE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN

* UNTIL 645 AM CDT

* AT 243 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  ANOTHER AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WERE
  PUSING INTO THE AREA FROM THE WAUSHARA COUNTY.  

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT UP TO 4 INCHES    
  OF RAINFALL FELL DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS. THIS RAIN...AND THE
  ADDITIONAL EXPECTED...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS TO 
  RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DO NOT 
ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY
FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...ABANDON IT 
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO 
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
