* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GREEN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MONROE
  IOWA COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...MINERAL POINT...DODGEVILLE
  LAFAYETTE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF DARLINGTON...SOUTH WAYNE

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 950 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE OCCURRING OVER MUCH   
  OF THE WARNING AREA.

* WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES ARE THAT .75 TO 1.5        
  INCHES OF RAINFALL FELL BETWEEN 645 AND 945 AM. THIS RAIN...AND    
  THE ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES EXPECTED...WILL CAUSE LOCAL STREAMS   
  AND RIVERS TO RISE RAPIDLY AND OVERFLOW THEIR BANKS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND QUICKLY. DO NOT 
ATTEMPT TO CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY
FOOT OR BY AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...ABANDON IT 
IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK HIGHER GROUND. KEEP CHILDREN FROM PLAYING IN 
FLOODED CULVERTS. THE RAPIDLY FLOWING WATER CAN QUICKLY CARRY THEM 
AWAY.
