* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY IN NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 115 AM CST.

* AT 1114 PM CST...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN 
SUMNER AND CHARLESTON. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES OVER THE PAST FEW 
HOURS INDICATED AROUND TWO INCHES HAD FALLEN. WITH THE GROUND ALREADY 
SATURATED ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE RUNOFF PROBLEMS.

* CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 115 AM CST INCLUDE...
  WEBB...TUTWILER...SUMNER...PAYNES...CHARLESTON...BRAZIL
